I’ve been saying for a long time that the western world needs a king. We have seen the ravages of hyper-feminism take its toll. We have witnessed some of the most egregious evils come from that movement from the beta-male pandemic to the “right” to kill your own children to the marginalizing of good masculinity.

The announcement of Queen Elizabeth’s death recently has caused mixed feelings.

Masculinity

Could it be with the coronation of a king such as the world has never seen in a long time, that that will help the pedulum to swing a little more back in balance towards masculinity?

The Ball is in His Court

Ultimately, the ball is in King Charles’ III court. Will he make a good king? Will his “kingship” be good for the world?

Only time will tell.

Did you know that Torah observance makes your humble? Yes. Humility, and obedience go hand-in-hand. The more you obey God, the more humble you become. That is because the commandments of God are not compatible with selfishness, or pride.

The Torah on Humility

Not by Works, Lest you Boast

It is commonly believed among evangelical Christians that obeying God makes you more boastful. That concept is based upon the writings of Paul saying,

[Eph 2:8-9 KJV] 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

The idea is that “works” is defined as obedience to God’s Law. So they interpret this to say that you are not saved by obedience to the Law, lest you boast.

In other words, obedience to God’s Law makes you boast. But that cannot be. This is because God commands humility, and submission.

God’s Law is not conducive to sin and boasting in any way. The more you submit yourself to God’s instructions, the more humble you become.

Moses and The Torah

Let’s look at the man through whom the commandments came. If obeying the Law of Moses produces pride in people, it surely would have done that to Moses himself.

Numbers 12:3 tell us that Moses was the most humble man in all the earth!

Numbers chapter 18 verse 20 commands the rulers of the land to be humble!

A Spiritual Law

A lot of Christians have this idea that the Torah is “fleshly” or unspiritual. But that is not true. The Torah came by the Spirit of God, in fact it says that the Torah is spiritual – holy, just and good. If you align yourself with that, you will have nothing but righteousness, and humility.
